Free school meals: 3 buildings will qualify beginning in January

The Jamesville-DeWitt Central School District was able to reapply for the USDA’s Community Eligibility Provision Program (CEP) after the qualifying threshold was changed from 40% to 25%. Proposed district safety plan changes available for public review; Dec. 18 public hearing planned

2 J-D students will serve as PRHYLI delegates

Two Jamesville-DeWitt High School students are being welcomed into the 2023-24 Puerto Rican-Hispanic Youth Leadership Institute (PRHYLI) Syracuse Delegation.  Junior Stefanie Cervantes and Senior Rashelle Torres-Mendoza were notified by PRHYLI in a letter Wednesday, November 15. Red Ram Cafe: special education class serves up hot drinks

The Red Ram Cafe at J-D Middle School is back up and running! The student-run coffee service is available to staff on Fridays. The results are in! J-D’s Red Ram mascot has a name!

The Jamesville-DeWitt Central School District is excited to announce the winning name of our Red Ram mascot naming contest.  A panel of judges made up of administrators, staff, and students looked over nearly 200 name submissions and narrowed it down to a few favorites.
