J-DHS students place on National French & Spanish Exams

National French Contest

The National French Contest/Le Grand Concours is an annual competition sponsored by the American Association of Teachers of French. Students of French in grades 1-12, in all 50 states and abroad, take a written test and compete against students with a similar educational background for prizes. The 60-minute national test is designed, written, financed, and disseminated by the members of the American Association of Teachers of French. The goal is to help stimulate further interest in the learning and teaching of French and to help recognize and reward student and teacher achievement.
