April 22 surveillance testing yields all negative results

On Friday, April 22, the Jamesville-DeWitt Central School District completed surveillance testing for COVID-19. Approximately 83 students and staff were tested, and all tests were negative.

Thank you to those families and staff that have volunteered to be tested.  Given the increase in positive cases in our community, we hope you will consider having your child participate in this important testing program.  If you have any questions or concerns about the surveillance testing, please reach out to J-D Superintendent Peter Smith or a building principal.

Each week, the district shares on the website the number of positive COVID-19 cases reported, including in which building the individual who tested positive is based.
