Feb. 10, 2021: Community forum to focus on K-6 curriculum and technology planning
The Jamesville-Dewitt Central School District Board of Education will be holding a community forum focused on two areas: the grades K-6 English language arts curriculum and long-term technology planning.
The forum will take place 7-9 p.m Feb. 25 via Zoom. Once finalized, a link to the meeting will be shared on the Board of Education section of the district website.
The forum is the second to take place since the start of the 2020-21 school year as part of an effort to provide two-way communication between the district and its families, staff and community.
“We want feedback from our families and community members so that we can take their input into account during our decision-making processes,” Superintendent Peter Smith said. “These community forums give us an opportunity to find out from families what they think is working well and what areas of growth they think we should be considering.”
