The Jamesville-DeWitt Central School District will hold its annual public hearing on the proposed 2025-26 Code of Conduct on Monday, June 16 at 7 p.m. You can attend in-person at the District Office or via Zoom. The virtual meeting link will be available on the Board of Education webpage.
The meeting is open to the public and anyone may raise questions or concerns about the Code of Conduct by completing a comment request form. Comments may also be sent to Nate Franz, Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum, Instruction, and Equity, at nfranz@jd.cnyric.org through Friday, June 27.
The district’s Code of Conduct defines the expectations for acceptable conduct, identifies the possible consequences of unacceptable behavior, and ensures that discipline is administered fairly and in a timely manner. It is reviewed annually and updated if necessary.

The board is slated to vote on the 2025-26 Code of Conduct at its meeting on Monday, July 14.
The 2024-25 Code of Conduct is available on the district website. It applies to all students, school personnel, guardians, and other visitors who are on school property or attending a school-sponsored function.
