For planning purposes, please note a few updates and reminders regarding the Jamesville-DeWitt Central School District 2021-22 school-year calendar.
First, note that Eid Al-Fitr will be celebrated on Monday, May 2, rather than Tuesday, May 3. School will not be in session on May 2.
Assuming that the district does not have any more snow days or other emergency closure days, school will not be in session on Thursday, May 26, and Friday, May 27. There is also no school on Monday, May 30, because of the Memorial Day holiday.
Other dates to be aware of include Juneteenth, which will be observed on Monday, June 20, when there will be no school. The last day of school, Friday, June 24, is scheduled as a half-day for all students. Specific dismissal time for students on June 24 will be provided closer to that date.
