The meeting was called to order at 7:00 a.m. in the foyer of the gymnasium at the Jamesville-DeWitt High School by Mr. William Furlong, Interim Clerk of the Board. Mr. Furlong presented proof of publication of the notice of the meeting, the qualifications of voters, the propositions to be voted upon, and announced the vacancies on the Board of Education (see Supplemental Minutes). Mr. Furlong announced that the polls were open and voting would continue until 9:00 p.m.
The following individuals served as inspectors of the election: Linda Schellinger, Teena Pollock, Max Ruckdeschel, Anthony Anello, Dixie Blackley, Cher Rapp, Shyla Smith, Juli Keeler, Nancie Romano, Benedicte Doran, Alyssa Marrone, Erin Brodsky, Karen Kirne, and Sharon Halpin.
At 9:00 p.m., Mrs. Ronna Louise, chairperson, announced that the polls were closed and anyone in the lobby who had not voted could do so. She canvassed the vote with Mr. Furlong and then announced the following results:
