The meeting was called to order at 7:00 a.m. in the foyer of the gymnasium at the Jamesville-DeWitt High School by Dr. Peter Smith, Acting Clerk of the Board. Dr. Smith presented proof of publication of the notice of the meeting, the qualifications of voters, the propositions to be voted upon, and announced the vacancies on the Board of Education (see Supplemental Minutes). Dr. Smith announced that the polls were open and voting would continue until 9:00 p.m.
The following individuals served as inspectors of the election: Sameena Sandhu-Pollock, Kim Schellinger, Benedicte Doran, Anthony Anello, Dixie Blackley, Juli-Ann Keeler, Cher Rapp, Linda Schellinger, Erin Brodsky, Alyssa Marrone, Adam Soper, and Karin Kirnie.
At 9:00 p.m., Mrs. Ronna Louise, chairperson, announced that the polls were closed and anyone in the lobby who had not voted could do so. She canvassed the vote with Dr. Smith and then announced the following results:
