An Uncompromising Commitment to Excellence

Jamesville-DeWitt Central School District
P.O. Box 606
DeWitt, New York 13214

A message from the Superintendent:

Welcome!

Jamesville-DeWitt Central School District is committed to excellence for all of our students. We are a district of approximately 2900 students supported by a community deeply committed to quality education. Our district prides itself for excellence in academic performance; but it is equally proud of our student performance in the arts, athletics, as well as our students’ contributions to their community. We value the great diversity of our student body, believing that diversity in the educational environment is critical to the development of students who will experience success in our increasingly diverse society.

We have a top-quality faculty and administrative staff who work tirelessly each and every day to help every child achieve excellence. They are life-long learners that serve as exceptional role models for our students. Their dedication to the achievement of our mission is unparalleled.

Our Mission:

The Jamesville-DeWitt Central School District has an uncompromising commitment to excellence in preparing students to achieve and succeed, to respect themselves and others and to practice life-long learning in an ever-changing, richly diverse environment. We dedicate ourselves to the academic, artistic, social, emotional and physical development of each student.

We are extremely proud of our schools and community. We are pleased to share this communication with you. We hope you find the information helpful. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, comments, or recommendations for change. I can be reached at 315-445-8300.
